Thank you for your continued patronage. Let us introduce our repair/modification services.
Located in the Kanmon Strait, an ancient maritime transportation hub that connects the Seto Inland Sea, the Sea of Japan, and the Pacific Ocean, Kyokuyo Shipyard has been consistently involved in ship repair, maintenance, and conversion work since its establishment.
Although we have only one dock for repair, 125m x 21.4m in size, we take full advantage of the single dock, where our same staff and workers are in charge every time your vessel is in the dock, so that we can closely monitor the condition of your vessel and prevent any problems - like your ship's family doctor.
In addition to the regular surveys, we also handle casualty-related works, conversion, and life extension works, as well as on-site offshore repairs. We have earned a reputation for our flexibility in additional works and ironwork. Collaborating closely with our globally acclaimed design and construction teams, we are responsible for, on average, nearly 200 repairs each year. What we are most proud of is the high repeat rate.
If you are planning survey or modification works in Japan, or are involved in an unexpected marine accident, please let us know!
