Clear weather, warm sunshine and soft sea breeze - it was such a perfect day for celebrating! On December 27, 2003, two ceremonies, one for launching of S-451 and the other for keel-laying of S-452, took place at once in our dockyard. Both of the vessels are our newest 831TEU type container carriers, ordered by SITC Maritime (Group) Co., Ltd., international liner operator based on Shandong Province, China.

Under a limpid blue sky, Mr. Bao, superintendent, representing the company, firstly cut the tape for S-451, then pushed the "start" button for S-452. Everything was done smoothly and professionally, and with full of smiles.
