The third cargo vessel ordered by our Irish customer, Arklow Shipping, was named and delivered on November 16, 2004.

Amongst those who joined to celebrate her berth were - Mr. and Mrs. Kavanagh, Technical Director of the company, Captain, Chief Engineer and the crew, and the superintendent Mr. Shirley and his better half. The sponsor of this ceremony, Mrs. Kavanagh, gave the name of "ARKLOW WILLOW" to the ship freshly built, which left her mother port under a clear autumn sky.

We threw a farewell party on the same day. Farewell, because the cargo boat is so far the last of a series of 3 ships, Arklow Wave, Wind and Willow. Naturally, many of our staffs who had worked day and night with Mr. Shirley gathered together. We enjoyed a really congenial atmosphere, generated by a team who had joined forces for a project since three years.

We wish the 3 sisters safe navigations and a bright future, and, would like to thank people at Arklow Shipping. We really love Guiness beer, and are always looking forward to seeing them!
