NEWS 061 : 20 x 3 + 10 x 3 - MILESTONE AWARD
Annual milestone award celebration was held on October 5. The award is offered to the employees who have reached a specific landmark in their career - beginning with the 10th year of continuous service and subsequent 10 years increment of time.
This year, Kyokuyo rewarded 6 people : three 10-year employees and three 20-year employees, to show appreciation for their dedication to the growth of the company through his/her continued services. Yes, the company recognizes that long, stable service is not simply a benefit to the organization but it forms the base of the organization.
At the celebration, Mr. Okamoto, Kyokuyo's president, handed over the award and certificate of appreciation to each of the 6 eligible employees, who had chosen the award they would like to receive within certain value limits set according to length of service. The recipients were all looking rather shy, but it is certain that they are now tasting the joy at home!
