This year we welcomed a total of nine new graduates: one each from the National Fisheries University and Yamaguchi University, three from Shimonoseki Technical High School, two from Shimonoseki International High School, and one each from Hayatomo High School and Mine Seiryo High School.
President Ochi offered words of encouragement to the new employees at the initiation ceremony: "In managing the company, the most important thing for me is to maximize the happiness of our employees, and we will continue to provide support in a variety of areas." "On the other hand, I look forward to your efforts and passion to further develop Kyokuyo for the future."
The boss continues, "Remember to challenge yourself every day and let's work hard to move forward together, and I hope that you will make the company greater with other members of Team Kyokuyo."
The seven high school graduates who will be assigned to the Construction Division will now attend a three-month training camp at the Oita Regional Shipbuilding Technology Center, located in Saiki, Oita, to acquire various qualifications necessary for the shipbuilding workplace. On April 4, they attended an entrance ceremony where they showed their firm, hopeful expressions.
Well, young people, welcome again to Team Kyokuyo! From now on, let's row together into the open sea as members of Team Kyokuyo!
