As explained in the president's new year statement, Kyokuyo is undertaking extensive improvements to its production process this year. The first result was the refurbishment of the pre-fabrication shop - the home of pre-fabrication team within Hull Construction Section.

The facility's main layout was renewed without losing its compactness, and a 700T hydraulic press machine and a new frame bender were installed to replace older equipments in May and June, respectively.

As you may guess, each time one of the BIG machines arrived, we held a ceremony, something we are very familiar with (see photos)! The key persons, including president, directors, general manager of Production Division and all the staffs involved in the pre-fabrication process then gathered at the shop, each time, to pray for safe operation. Notice much streamlined factory layout and serious yet motivated faces in the photos.

Now that the staffs has obtained in their hands a totally renovated pre-fabrication shop optimized in efficiency, the company relies on their motivation and seriousness to draw the maximum outputs in daily operation. We firmly believe that they can achieve the best quality, without breaking the given budget! :-)
