This is an annual golf tournament held to show our appreciation to all of our material and equipment suppliers, as well as our subcontractors inside and outside of our facility. This year a total of 100 people participated in 25 groups.

This event was traditionally held in early October. However, since typhoons often hit during this time, we decided to hold the tournament in the second half of October when the heat had subsided so that everyone could play comfortably in the best conditions.

However, the weather forecast was for rain right before the event! We were worried right up until the last minute that our decision might backfire, but as it turned out, the golf course was blessed with beautiful weather and the tournament went off without a hitch, despite thunderstorms near our facility. We are sure that the prayers of everyone who was looking forward to this event for the first time in four years were answered.

The competition was played in 18 holes of "through play" and finished after 15:00. The awards ceremony was a great success with the announcement of the rankings and the presentation of prizes. The winner was Mr. Tetsuya Osawa of Kajiwara Iron Works, and the Best Gross Golfer Award went to Mr. Katsuhiro Matsuba of Mansei Inc., who won the award for the third time after receiving the same award at the 52nd tournament, his first time participating.

At the end of the awards ceremony, President Ochi expressed his gratitude to our business partners, reported on the company's recent situation, and explained the company's future strategy, asking for their continued support and cooperation so that we can continue to prosper together with our business partners.

Next year's event will be held again at Shimonoseki Golden Golf Club on October 2024. Please look forward to it!
