Greetings, I’m honored to have been appointed as Executive Officer and Head of the Production Headquarters.

Since joining the company in 1984 as a piping technician, I’ve spent over four decades - 41 years to be exact - devoted to the manufacturing field. Along the way, there were plenty of mistakes, and I’ve certainly caused the company my fair share of trouble. But thanks to the guidance and support of my mentors, our partner companies, and clients, I’ve made it this far.

As I step into this new role, I see it as my mission to pass down the experience I’ve gained - including lessons from those missteps - and carry forward the spirit of "Team Kyokuyo" to the next generation. I sincerely appreciate your continued support.

I’m truly honored to take on the role of General Manager of the Production Division.

It’s hard to believe 26 years have passed since I joined the company. For the first 18 years, I focused on engine-related work, honing my technical skills. For the past eight years, I’ve served as Manager of the Outfitting Department, where I learned a great deal about leadership and team management.

I’ve faced many challenges and unexpected hurdles over the years, but I’ve made it through thanks to the support I’ve received from so many of you. Now, in my new role, I’ll be overseeing newbuild operations under the Production Headquarters. It’s a tremendous responsibility, but with the strength of Team Kyokuyo behind me, I’m determined to foster a vibrant and resilient department. I look forward to your continued support.
